Harbor re-opens !! Late morning on Saturday 3/15:  Santa Barbara Harbor has resumed normal operations.  Captain Dave has announce that the Condor Express will run all 3 trips ((a, 12n, and 3p) tomorrow, Sunday 3/16. Santa Barbara Harbor Update La Encina, the harbor dredge barge installed its replacement power supply unit and has been sucking and moving sand 24/7.  But alas, the entrance to Santa Barbara Harbor is still closed.  We are cancelling all trips scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday 3/15, and we are now shifting people to the Sunday trips.
