4th of July Tour of the “H’s”

4th of July Tour of the “H’s”

Captain Eric ran east to get the trip started.  There were numerous small groups of friendly common dolphins as the Condor Express ran towards Platform Hogan (off Carpenteria).  A right turn brought us to a southerly course and then west a little bit to Platform Habitat.   More #dolphins along the way….and great sea conditions.   From Habitat we ran west to Platform Holly, and just south of Holly we encountered a very friendly humpback whale. Everyone had great looks as the whale swam close to the boat several times.  There was little to no wind and warm skies.   A fleeting glimpse of a shy Minke whale also should be noted.

You never know what Mother Nature has in store. Bob Perry Condor Express
