Annual Maintenance On The Condor Express

Condor Express Whale Watching in Santa Barbara California takes great pride in their unique whale watching boat. We carry tens of thousands of people every year to see the amazing wildlife in the Santa Barbara Channel and all around the Channel Islands. This special boat is a main reason Condor Express Whale Watching is ranked #1 by the Santa Barbara News Press and Santa Barbara Independent over the last 30 years!

Currently, the Condor Express is taking a break to receive annual maintenance. Annual maintenance is necessary so whale watching enthusiasts can view the wonderful sea life in all parts of the Santa Barbara Channel in comfort throughout the year.

It will return to the water finishing up our Winter Islands Cruise schedule on Saturday, February 11 with one 4.5 hour trip per day departing at 10:00 am returning at 2:30 pm (no cruises Mondays & Tuesdays). The winter gray whale migration has seen incredible numbers this year and is expected to continue.

We will be changing to our 2.5 hour Early Spring Coastal Cruises on Saturday, February 18 with 3 trips per day, 7 days per week. We will continue to see Gray Whales, Dolphins and other wonderful sea life. See our whale watching seasons schedule on the website for full details and calendar.
